About SkeptSci

Promoting critical thinking and scientific skepticism since 2006

Our Mission

SkeptSci is dedicated to promoting critical thinking, scientific skepticism, and rational inquiry. We examine extraordinary claims, debunk pseudoscience, and explore the intersection of science, reason, and society.

In an age of information overload and misinformation, we believe it's more important than ever to develop strong critical thinking skills. Our podcast provides listeners with the tools to evaluate claims, identify logical fallacies, and make informed decisions based on evidence.

We don't have all the answers, but we're committed to asking the right questions and following the evidence wherever it leads. Join us on this journey of intellectual curiosity and rational exploration.
